I'm Ian - the Founder here at Haco. I'm delighted you're here and I hope to meet you soon.


Over the years, I have been part of teams at multiple tech firms across Fintech, AV and Martech in various departments: sales, business development, client success and growth partnerships. 

I gained a great deal of experience from my time at Europe's fastest growing tech company and realised that I could bring these valuable skills to help hundreds of startups instead of one. I love learning about exciting new businesses whilst contributing to their success. I work with organisations that are disrupting existing industries or pioneering new ones.

As a critical factor in the success of your business's organic growth, sometimes the most effective  sales function will be your existing clients and followers. The most compelling sales pitch is a recommendation from a friend or family member so let's provide a platform and get them speaking.

Client Retention

  • By implementing repeatable and scalable processes from day one of client onboarding, Haco can refine existing Client Success practices or implement a bespoke programme for your business.

  • By documenting this code of best practice and aligning KPIs effectively, you will see a dramatic decrease in client churn and a rising NPS that directly enhances your community-driven sales. 

  • Coaching on up-selling is also a service Haco can provide to ensure every client has the service they require and you see the increased LTV.
